A home equity installment loan is a fixed rate loan. That means the annual percentage rate and the interest rate will stay the same for the duration of your loan. The loan is similar to a car loan; you'll make the same monthly payment for the entire loan.

What We Need From You

Below is a list of commonly needed documents needed at the time of application. Providing this information at the time of time of application will speed up the process. There may be other documents requested as we process your loan.

  • Identification: Standard identification, Picture ID, Driver’s License, and Social Security Number.
  • Income/Employer(s): Bring in 2 years of employment history including name, address, city, zip and phone number. Also bring your W-2’s for the last 2 years and pay stubs for the last 30 days.
  • Self-Employed: If self employed, have rental income or have income from other sources or commissions, we will need the last 2 years 1040’s including all schedules, and a year to date statement of income and expenses.
  • Address History: List of address for the past 2 years, including landlord’s name, address and phone number.
  • Assets: This would be checking and savings account numbers, complete address, and balances. Also with this bring 3 months worth of all bank statements. Any other assets such as stocks, bonds, 401k, and insurance will be needed as well.
  • Debts: Account names, addresses, account numbers and approximate balances and monthly payments.
  • Divorce Papers: Complete with final decree if possible.
  • Bankruptcy: List of debtors and all discharged papers.
  • VA Loans: Veterans papers (DD214), and Certificate of Eligibility.

Include any other information that may have an effect on your financial profile.
